Sponsorship and exhibit registration will open on May 3, 2023.

All NARMH sponsors receive exposure in the printed conference brochure and on the conference website.

Exposure includes organization's logo, link to website, and short organization description. Must register by August 18, 2023 to be included in printed conference brochure.

Some sponsorships receive complimentary registrations to the conference. Conference registration includes two breakfasts, two lunches, a Wednesday evening reception, and break refreshments. Registrants are responsible for all other costs associated with attending the conference.

Conference sponsorship is an opportunity to reach clinicians, administrators, physicians, consumers, family members, program/ service providers, researchers, policy, and decision-makers with your marketing message.

Conference Co-Sponsors will be listed on all conference materials, mentioned in announcements, and given special recognition at the opening conference event and on the NARMH conference website. Conference Co-Sponsorship includes one (1) exhibit space and two (2) conference registrations.
Special Reception
Special reception sponsors will be recognized in conference materials, at the reception, and on the NARMH conference website. Special Reception sponsorship includes one (1) exhibit space and one (1) conference registration.
Conference Track
This year’s conference invites sponsorship of conference tracks. The tracks are organized around the conference theme: “Building Your Bridge: Linking Voices to Promote Rural Mental Health". Track sponsors will be recognized in conference materials, at track sessions and on the NARMH conference website. Conference Track sponsorship includes one (1) exhibit space and one (1) conference registration.
Membership Breakfast
Membership Breakfast sponsors will be recognized in conference materials, at the breakfast event, and on the NARMH website. Membership Breakfast sponsorship includes one (1) conference registration and special recognition at the breakfast.
Lunch Sponsor

Scholarship Grant
If you would like to help us in providing scholarships to assist researchers, consumers, family members, and students with the costs associated with attending the conference, please indicate the amount on your registration. Scholarship Grant sponsors will be listed on the NARMH conference website and brochure.
Donations
If you would like to donate to the National Association for Rural Mental Health to help with the costs associated with planning the conference, please indicate the amount on your registration. Donors will be listed on the NARMH website and program.
