Conference Payments


After registering for the conference, unless you've already paid, you will receive an emailed invoice with payment details.

Payments by Debit/Credit Card

  1. Enter your registration name below and click "Pay Now".

  2. Enter your invoice total and click "Continue".

  3. Click the "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" button.

  4. After submitting payment, your statement will show a charge from "The Odyssey Group".

Payments, Cancellation Policy, and Refunds

Conference payments must be made by Tuesday, April 1, 2025 to confirm your registration for the conference.


The last day to cancel your registration and receive a refund is Tuesday, April 1, 2025. No refunds will be given after this date. Cancellations must be received in writing. To cancel your registration, email


The conference will not be cancelled unless due to acts of God, war, acts of terrorism, government regulations, disaster, strikes, civil disorder, or curtailment of transportation facilities.
